Released on 7 March 2019 as a successor to the Leica Q & Q-P, Q2 features a fixed Summilux 28mm f/1.7 ASPH. prime lens and a 47.3MP CMOS full-frame sensor. Compared to its predecessor, it features a larger sensor, improved weather-sealing, improved battery life, 4K video, Bluetooth connectivity and more.
Leica Q2 RAW file size
The 47.3MP sensor produces 8368x5584 image resolution and 86 MB RAW (DNG) files, which can easily take up a lot of disk space and so far seems to be one of the most common complaints among Q2’s users.
